POKOTABI / LiliBET CAFE
LiLiBET CAFE(リリベット2号店)
At LiliBET CAFE, try fluffy hotcakes soaked in grass-fed butter, omelettes made with konjac rice, and seasonal doria. Desserts such as lemon pie are also available to take away.
01 / ABOUT THE PLACE
The hotcakes are fluffy and juicy, generously soaked in grass-fed butter. Choose the classic version to enjoy them simply, or go for the savoury-sweet truffle-flavoured pancake. You can also pair it with sparkling wine, available in red or white.
For a meal, options include the Beauty Omelette, made with eggs, cheese and konjac rice, and doria with ingredients that change with the seasons. Seasonal omelettes may also be served with chilled Japanese-style dashi and raw vegetables. One diner wrote that the contrast between the piping-hot egg and cold dashi worked well with the konjac rice. Another singled out the texture of the konjac rice in the chicken doria and the tang of the carrot râpée served alongside. There is also the option of adding dessert.
Lemon pie, lemon drizzle cake and cheesecake are among the sweets that diners mention. One person who tried the lemon drizzle cake enjoyed its lemon flavour and peel without bitterness, and chose lemon pie to take home. LiliBET CAFE offers both dine-in and takeaway, whether you are stopping in for hotcakes or taking a cake away.
